Sending Off Spring

March’s stubborn flower petals loosen,

The swallows under the eaves fly back.

But the Spring Cockatoo weeps at midnight,

Hoping the East Wind will return.


三月残花落更开,小檐日日燕飞来。
子规夜半犹啼血,不信东风唤不回。
